Was that unprofessional too? I very much doubt it's an attitude problem - he's just not the right type of player. Bit like Shaquiri when he was at Stoke - a complete luxury - but put him in the right team and he is outstanding. He could be very good for Reading, and will hopefully help to keep them up.
