the "new"manager

Recommended Posts

I sympathise but...

point 1 is probably a disadvantage

and in the current mess we need someone with experience

A place on the coaching staff though wouldnt go amiss

disagree... i Love Iwan and it would be great to see him back.. but i''d hate for it to all go "pete Tong" and for him to become hated in the eyes of the fans.. have him back as assistat or a coach by all means though

jas :)

Iwan has too many friends here to be able to take the ''tough'' decisions - he''s a smashing bloke and he would find it difficult. However, his knowledge of the Club and his experience would be a real asset to a new manager.

Why do supporters let their hearts rule their heads ?  If Worthy goes we will need an experienced manager to give us instant results. The last person we want is a rookie manager serving a one or two year apprenticeship, after all Roberts had no effect at Gillingham and Cambridge last season.
