Loans coming back to bite rivals

Recommended Posts

Tammy Abraham switch to Wolves almost certain to be ratified next week and Claude Puel saying he may well call Harvey Barnes back and he sees more positives than negatives for activating the recall clause...

Glad we have our own players supported by a few loanees rather than being reliant like WBA and Villa. If only Dwight Gayle got recalled too then we could start the promotion party early.

Dwight Gayle currently injured and set to return against us :classic_wacko:.

He does enjoy scoring against Norwich, but it's time for a little payback on Gayle and west Brom.

Derby even if they go up are in real trouble. 3 key players for them are Harry Wilson, Mason Mount and the young defender from Chelsea. It would cost them about 50m to sign those players if they go up. Which is probably more than their transfer budget and would just be to maintain the team they have!

True, but I would not be surprised if Frank got to keep them all on loan next season too - especially Mount and Tomori.

Rodrigues might go to Burnley for the £18m they wouldn't pay in the summer.

Abraham has turned down a move to Wolves and will stay at Villa this season. Leicester will make a decision on Harvey Barnes at WBA before the Norwich game, but is likely to remain there it seems.

Have a feeling Villa will end the window stronger than they entered it. WBA also likely to push with automatic spots well within their grasp. If Norwich do remain in the top 2 it will be a monumental achievement.

Villa just need to sort out their defence and they will be contenders for sure. Got to love the championship for how tight it can get.

Hopefully Tammy Abraham will still go to Wolves, I think there is just confusion as to whether playing for Chelsea u23 and villa means he has already played for 2 teams thus season or not.

Hopefully if confirmed the u23 game doesn't count he can go to Wolves and know he's allowed to play..

Let us hope the loans do indeed come back to bite them, we need all the luck we can get to keep this campaign going. Our team is slowly coming back to full strength and just at the right time. looking forward to the next two games involving the top 4 teams especially.

QPR have hit a bit of form and could help us this weekend. However, we need a result at a loan free West Brom.
