Syteanric 1 Posted December 4, 2005 i was debating with my mate yesterday, on teh short trip home from Derby, about whether or not i should write to the club asking for a refund of the ticket money. I am a Disgruntled and dissatisfied customer who wants his money back because he isnt happy with the product and the service he is getting from the club... Something tells me i''d politley be told to "not write again please" by those that are in the know... In any other form of business, if we buy something and are disatisfied we can claim a refund, i feel it should work this way in football.. if more people who went Wrote then the club might sit up and take notice.jas :)
still holding out for new heroes 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Jas,you lose nothing by writing (except the price of a stamp)I wrote to the club after Worthlesses ''I dont care what the fans think'' quote and got a reasonable reply (even I didnt agree with it) from Doomcaster...if everyone were to write they might have to start listening.
