Thanks for all the suggestions so far.  I'll make my final selections probably early this evening.  More are welcome in the meantime of course...

I'll make a suggestion for the Norwich bet while I'm here.  Completely uncontroversial but given our penchant for finishing games strongly I'd opt for draw at HT, and Norwich at FT.  Good luck.

Beaten to my first choice of CSKA by Mr Apples in the interest of having another choice for Graham I will select

Admira Modling v SALSBURG - AWAY WIN (very short odds but longer odds than Mr Humphrey buying a round in The Nelson :classic_tongue:)

PUKKI hat-trick for the Norwich bet

BTTS - Sheffield Wednesday / Rotherham

Good Luck all,

Leedscanary

Borussia Munchengladbach v Stuttgart

2nd in table versus 3rd from bottom, so home win for me please.

For our match, I fancy if we score the first goal early on, it could turn into  a good day for us, so am suggesting 5-0 to us.

Good luck everyone.

I'm going for a home win for Sporting CP v. Desportivo Aves.

Sporting are W5 D0 L0 F10 A2 at home and Aves are W1 D0 L4 F3 A9 away.

For BTTS - Wycombe Wanderers v. Barnsley

Good Luck, Graham!

As for the Norwich Bet - sticking with Zimmermann to score anytime!

Good Luck, King Canary!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.  I make that 23 different fixtures picked so far, and another 18 for the BTTS bet.  I'm certainly spoilt for choice and to whittle it down to six apiece is difficult.  Ultimately though, this is what I've gone with...

Main bet:

Braunschweig v Hallescher (Saturday, 13:00)
Arsenal v Huddersfield (Saturday, 15:00)
Dartford v Slough (Saturday, 15:00)
Forfar v Arbroath (Saturday, 15:00)
Alcoron v Reus Deportiu (Sunday, 11:00)
Monchengladbach v Stuttgart (Sunday, 17:00)

BTTS:

Nottingham Forest v Preston (Saturday, 15:00)
Wycombe v Barnsley (Saturday, 15:00)
Torquay v Welling (Saturday, 15:00)
Ross County v Queen of the South (Saturday, 15:00)
Leicester v Tottenham (Saturday, 19:45)
Basel v Zurich (Sunday, 15:00)

And there we have it.  I thought long and hard about all of these, and not worried about odds so much as current form and home/away records.  Neither of these will be a huge return, I imagine, but as long as at least one of these lines comes in I won't worry about that too much.  Thanks all.

Thanks for these and the extra tenner Graham, I love both sets of picks! And both sets have really exciting potential returns too. I placed the six results with Bill Hill where the potential return is a mouthwatering £201.63. Here are the details : -

Hallescher

23/20

13:00 Sat

Arsenal

27/100

15:00 Sat

Dartford

11/10

15:00 Sat

Arbroath

6/10

15:00 Sat

Alcoron

4/11

11:00 Sun

Monchengladbach

4/9

17:00 Sun

So we have four tomorrow afternoon with the last two on Sunday.

I've placed the BTTS line with Bet 365 where the potential return is an awesome £232.31. Here are those details : -

Nottingham Forest v Preston

8/11

14:30 Sat

Wycombe v Barnsley

7/10

15:00 Sat

Torquay v Welling

4/7

15:00 Sat

Ross County v Queen of the South

5/6

15:00 Sat

Leicester v Tottenham

3/10

19:45 Sat

Basel v Zurich

8/13

15:00 Sun

This time we five tomorrow and the last one on Sunday.

I honestly believe both these lines are getable.

Good luck Graham and all you PUPs 🙂

My pick up first. The nerves. Good luck.

Funnily enough, on another (non-football related) forum I frequent there's someone who actually supports Braunschweig - I picked his brains when we signed Onel Hernandez from them (and he did likewise some years back when they signed Simeon Jackson).  They were in a play-off to reach the Bundesliga in 2016/17, last season they were relegated and now they're rock bottom of the third tier so you can imagine he's been rather less than complimentary about them.  That's kind of why it stood out for me.  Hopefully a bit of insider knowledge will pay off.

Apologies for arriving so late, it’s  been a busy week at work!

A home win for Arsenal for me please, and I have in mind more that 2.5 goals in our game.

Good luck everyone!

Funny old world that I should pick that then eh.
