Hull match thread

Aarons being given a workout on the right. Possibly could be given a touch more protection from the midfield.

We came into it at the end of that half. One goal could settle this.

I feel we need to put the ball into the box a little bit quicker tonight due to the conditions, looked better near the end of the half feel we can take this if we just up the urgency a tad.

This weather is brutal. Swirling wind periodically battering the rain into our faces. Cracking away turn out for what is the absolute definition of a 'Cold Tuesday night in November' game.

Drove 80 miles up the surface water laden roads in battering rain for this.

I feel like we deserve to win just based on commitment of the fans.

Fairly tepid game but we sparked into life after 30 mins. More long shots needed in these conditions. The surface will really make it tricky for the keepers but neither team really exploiting the long range daisy cutters yet.

Buendia is bloody lovely to watch isn't he?

I'm already starting to worry about the prospect of other teams coming in for him.

May be a while off yet.

I imagine it would be the summer at the earliest, but even if it happens he'll be worth about 10 times what we paid for him.
