KiwiScot 1,443 Posted November 3, 2018 Lets show Delia how to cook eh or at least show our kitchen skills off or not as it may be. Share recipes etc. Pork Casserole Pre heat oven to 180C Melt 25g butter and add two sliced medium onions and fry high heat for 5mins Fry 100g cut bacon in oil. Add onions and bacon together in casserole dish Toss cubed pork(1.5lbs) in seaoned(salt,Pepper) flour to coat and fry in pan used for bacon with some butter and brown all sides of the meat Add pork to casserole dish and pour in 400ml of Ale. Cover casserole dish with its lid and cook for 1.5hrs or until the meat twists apart when you stick a knife into it( generally find this takes around 4hrs) I generally find this goes well with Red Cabbage. Herman 9,756 Posted April 8, 2020 Don't cook your scrambled eggs all the way through. Leave them slightly less than how you would like to eat it and let the residual heat finish them off on the plate. And always cook with butter on a lower heat.

Mr Apples 1,320 Posted April 9, 2020 If you fill up a pot noodle to the top with boiling water, leave it 15 minutes before pouring into a bowl and eating with chop sticks it becomes a ramen noodle sensation.😂 Apples
