Been Here Before Many Times

Well there you go! What have I been saying year after year?

The Norwich manager has a clause in his contract, inserted by the Suffolk Socialists, to get knocked out of the cups. If Norwich had gone through last night, Farke would certainly have been sacked. Consider the facts. Since the SS took over, only Hughton was once allowed to reach the last eight.

Same old story every year. Gallant performance, but in a losing cause. Only with Delia watching on could Sir Benny manage to hit the inside of the post and the ball stay out. Had Chase been in the stand the ball would have gone in for sure.

Consider this. If Farke was not going to get sacked last night for progressing further, how come the boy Pukki did not come on till the 82nd minute and the boy Rhodes till the 85th minute? It''s obvious. Farke was contractually obliged to lose, or go back to Germany today.

Poor effort. You have to laugh, even the most obsessive anti-club trolls have very little to find to complain about at the moment.

Anti club or anti Delia Lakey as there is a difference you know ?

The way I see it there''s far more "antis" than just club or Delia.
Off the top of my head...
Anti Club
Anti Delia
Anti unproven German coach
Anti Sporting Director
Anti German 3rd and 4th Division players
Anti Board
Anti Owners
Anti some of the Board (usually Ed Balls)
Of course all these are encompassed in anti club when we''re not winning games. But once the results improve we only have anti Delia left. Doesn''t make sense to me....

I don''t know, seems to me if people can''t accept that things are good at the moment and that it is down to decisions made by the Delia and the board, then they are just tormenting themselves.  That we are currently seemingly in a very good state as a club, both on and off the pitch, must be irksome to those people.  I can''t imagine how torn they must feel, watching such a positive situation developing but at the same time wanting change, must be torture for them.

Don’t worry Lakey, we’re bound to lose a couple of matches before the end of the season and I’m sure the less positive among us won’t waste the opportunity. Like seagulls follow a trawler as someone once said.
