harsh herb - herb the harsh! but, wholly justified. we''ve been after the guy since before damo left apparently and by getting him in now he gets a good long spell to train and gel with the lads. he''d hardly have a chance to do that if he was playing the day after he arrived. some people are never satisfied.

...you really ought to the articles about the deal we''ve done before spouting off against the Club - it is a 2 month deal and at that time now we are in the transfer window so can sign the bloke.

OK we could have done with him earlier, but do you really think Worthy wasn''t trying to get him/other players in?  Have you thought about the possibility that perhaps Preston/other clubs wouldn''t let go the players we are after??  I''d rather we stuck it out for decent players than get any old rubbish in like we did at times under Hamilton.
