hook norton canary 0 Posted January 5, 2004 i really think that we should loan off ryan jarvis for a while!!!theres no doubt the boys got talent and we''ll ned him in the years to come but he cant show nw how good he is in the reserves. i say as soon as svensson is back from injurywe loan him off for the rest of the season to peterbourgh orcambridge, they''ve both just lost there main strikers(Mckenzie and Kitson)i no he''s young but remember defoe going on loan to bournemoutha couple of years ago, did''nt he set some sort of goal scoring record!!!anyone agree or just think im mad!! People think he should be starting games for us now, and I disagree but in two seasons he should be a regular at Norwich - if he has the talent he is supposed to have and is lucky with injuries/form. Steve White 24 Posted January 5, 2004 Interesting point, but hopefully Ryan will take Robert´s place on the bench now. Also, he is at a critical time in his development and it is probably better that he has the benefit of our coaching system and facilities, something the likes of Cambridge cannot really compete with. If he hasn´t had more games in the next few years, then it is time to let him have some experience somewhere else. Not wishing to get on Robert´s back too much, he has been a good servant, but people seem to think that he has done downhill rapidly this season- he was rather poor last season as well, thus the scramble to get a new striker in (Taylor, Connelly and Hulse) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
