If 23,000 people can see we have big and I mean big problems why can''t you the board see it. We can''t keep saying things will turn around after every defeat and it does''nt. We are back to where we was when Hamilton was in charge. We can''t keep going on what he has done for us (playoffs and promotion), that is history. I am looking at the future and I am sorry the future is looking bleak and we are in freefall. This has got to be the best time to get a new manager in with the international break, give him time to sort out the shambles we already have. Us the fans believe and listening to his interview on the radio he sounds like a beaten man. I don''t want to go to Carrow Road and hear the chants for him to go. Act now before it is to late.
