Some people recognised our defeciencies as early as the first 3 games, all at home against inferior opposition, others of which I include myself came to the conclusion was not the future a few games into our Prem campaign.

We are now 16 underperforming, unacceptable displays and some people say give him till January, another dozen or so games where will may be cast adrift at the bottom.  Confidence is shot now, come January Dean will want to move and we can forget £7m, Safri will leave possibly January at end of season anyhow.

Our Board continue to be too scared to take the financial hit of sacking the clown, although he will onlyreceive his salary during the term of his contract for as long as his contract lasts and stop payment if he ever gets another job.  And would you employ this man.

Action must be taken now, are the Board going to allow him to squander what may be left of the Morrison £2m in January or take some decisive actio now.  They are in serious trouble of throwing away the goodwill of the last three years.  Crowds will dwindle, money become tight, no decent players purchased and there will be a vicious circle which we may never get out of.

Wake up Delia et al and do something, time to stand up and be counted, inertia is not an option.

Pete I have to agree with you that the board needs to act now before we get stuck well and truly in the bottom three.  Delia and Michael have done wonders for this club, but all their hard work will be undone if they continue to believe that Worthy can get us out of this mess.

Surely they understand that football is a business nowadays, and that their continued loyalty to Worthy will have an adverse effect on the club.  Worthy is not going to resign, we have witnessed first hand how stubborn he can be if challenged by us supporters.  When you are the boss you have to make difficult decisions and this board needs to make the decision to let someone else try and get us out of this mess.  Don''t leave it too late like Worthy does with his substitutions, make the change now and give the new man 30 games to get us in the play offs.
