Just hilarious! Not sure what Trump will be wearing first, a straitjacket or an orange jumpsuit.

Trump in overnight meltdown makes eight false election claims in just four tweets

"There is no evidence to suggest the election in any way violated the US constitution, nor that it was “attacked”. The Trump administration’s own Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency in fact hailed it as “the most secure in American history”."

I am so looking forward to January:

Lock Him Up? Here’s The Real Reason Trump Is Afraid Of Leaving The White House

"Indeed, once the president leaves office on 20th January, he will be vulnerable to a dozen legal investigations and civil suits involving his business practices, as well as his taxes. He is under investigation for insurance fraud, criminal tax evasion, grand larceny, and a scheme to defraud, according to The New York Times. He could also face legal trouble for campaign finance violations and bribery. Not only does Trump face a number of legal battles, he also owes millions of dollars in income taxes, real estate debts, and other loans, The New Yorker reports. “It’s the office of the Presidency that’s keeping him from prison and the poorhouse,” Yale history professor Timothy Snyder told the outlet.

All the utterly specious claims of voter fraud are collapsing day-by-day. I don't think one has successfully passed through the courts yet. Now the law firm leading the Trump litigation in Pennsylvania has dropped it's case:

The law firm leading the Trump campaign’s post-election litigation in Pennsylvania has withdrawn from the federal lawsuit it filed earlier this week.

On Monday, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur filed a lawsuit in the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, in which it argued that there had been “irregularities” in ballots submitted in the state that President-elect Joe Biden won.

In a court filing on Friday, Porter Wright announced that the “plaintiffs and Porter Wright have reached a mutual agreement that plaintiffs will be best served if Porter Wright withdraws.”

Nay, the law firm didn't and hasn't dropped it's case:

Here's a link to the new document.

Replying to
It looks like they just took their "evidence" out of the complaint so it won't just be tossed out immediately. Extend the delay.
They took out some of the legal argument, too. Kudos to
@DemocracyDocket for its work bringing sunshine to expose the ****.

"scraps major parts of it's lawsuit" is a very accurate description of the new document.

It's their disingenuous game plan as somebody in the US stated a week or more ago - endless nonsense or vexatious suits - all to delay and procrastinate. Nothing to with right or wrong or even this election but fires up their ever dumber base.

Going by its own direct-quote public statement the law firm itself seems to think it has pulled out of the case.

Wrong again! You gullible buffon. Most of the original complaint scrapped because it would be slung out as ludicrous (like all the rest so far). And an entirely ineffectual challenge maintained (so far) as a delaying tactic. It's so funny watching you sad Trump love-bunnies desperately trying to find some glimmer of hope that you can overturn the 5 million plus majority. So, very enjoyable. Do remind us Fools how many of the cases have been succesful so far (even you can count that far)? Perhaps you can post another crap cartoon detailing the figures.

Cheers for that! Makes great reading seeing all the "significant" complaints crossed out to prevent the case being slung out. So wonderfully farcical. I'm sure Trump's gullible moronic love-bunnies won't mind paying the legal fees (less to spend on guns and bullets so that can't be a bad thing).

Trying to claim credit for the latest vaccine breakthrough for which he has played no role whatsoever. But, of course denying any responsibilty for the 250,000 dead American Covid victims for which he has had a very large impact.

The most shocking thing about the tweet below is that Trumps lawyers have actually won a case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it was the one asking for observers to be 3ft from the people counting votes - the judge said that was a reasonable request, despite the coronavirus concerns (the local elections board had said it had to be a minimum of 6ft because of the Coronavirus)

Well that must be at least 2 million votes overturned in favour of Trump.

Apart from a Poll Clerk, I have been a counter as well. And believe me, after a minute or two, you recognise who voted for who immediately, and so do the observers.

If their system is like ours in any way, the observers are just that and can say or do nothing. The Returning Officer is omnipotent.

So how they can complain of fraud is beyond me. Especially as many of the Returning Officers were Republican.

If you are going complain or obfuscate, choose something that is beyond reproach.

In the US either party’s authorized observer can object to an individual vote determination, and that puts that vote into a review pile, so the distance issue was real if you have a concern that a vote counter is doing a poor job. How anyone can say that these votes were “altered” is beyond me ... but then again the point of these lawsuites is not to win, it is to throw sand in the gears so “somebody” can later claim the process is defective / corrupt. Either for the purpose of raising money, or for political allies to “justify” sabotaging the agenda of the new President.

Geordie Greig's London Evening Standard, ffs.

Yet more proof that you only garner your information from BS, Lefty media -- So you believe Trumpski has nothing to do with the latest vaccine breakthrough/s --- Have you heard of the organisation 'Operation Warp Speed'? It was initiated by the Trump administration and introduced last April -- Trump has thrown billions at it..

Or did you think Sleepy waved a wand and poof! the vaccines magically appeared over the last few weeks?

Try much, much harder because I'm finding it increasingly difficult to believe you have a single GCSE, let alone several degrees.

Oh dear! another gammon about to boil over. Calm down or someone will be making a spoof Downfall vid of you losing it, just like Trump has lost the election so very, very badly. And btw Fauci pointed out that Trump hasn't attended a Covid-19 meeting for several months. So yes, he's done f*ck-all to assist the vaccine program.

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/world/trump-conspiracy-theories-are-the-politics-of-self-interest-over-the-good-of-the-country/ar-BB1b4bYk?ocid=msedgntp

"Having neglected to implement a coordinated federal plan to tackle coronavirus from the beginning, America's rates of infections and deaths soared.

When he urged the country to open its schools and businesses, the figures soared higher.

Currently, they are increasing further still, and steeply.

President Trump knew the importance of the economy, and economic activity, to his re-election.

The political messaging was duly all about how coronavirus would "disappear", "go away," "be eradicated".

And yet, Americans - too many for his choosing - saw the folly of it first-hand.

The president told them that the pandemic was in retreat at a time when life experience told them it was on the rampage.

People were dying, hospitals were full to overflowing and millions were losing their jobs.

The virus increasingly took hold of the population and of the economy, by the throat.

In a full-blown crisis, slogans only sit with the untouched.

Too many people have been affected by coronavirus in the US, and too many lives are filled with its suffering to listen to empty promises.

The prospect of a vaccine was, of course, welcome but it was never a magic bullet.

Even now, following news of the Pfizer and Moderna discoveries, the trajectory reaches far into 2021.

And the pandemic continues to get worse.

The US is witnessing a sharp increase in cases - already, more than 11 million people have been infected and a quarter of a million have died.

It is the single biggest challenge facing President-elect Joe Biden as he prepares to take office.

Incredibly, while Mr Trump continues to claim election victory, the Biden transition team hasn't been given access to government health officials.

The Biden team has had to resort to "back-channel" contacts to get a handle on the knowledge it needs to contain the virus and save lives."

It is the politics of denial and self-interest over the good of the country. Not for the first time.

Since you're about Jools, it seems you've forgotten to tell us how many lawsuits Trump's lawyers have won re voter fraud. You seem so confident Trump has won the election so I'm assuming it must be many hundreds or thousands, given he needs to overturn 5-and-a-half-million votes. So how many is it?

And while you're at it, do tell us which of the right-wing British newspapers (Sun, Mail, Times, Telegraph, Express etc.) agrees with you that Trump really won the election?

It's not working that way because Boris wants it. That's the procedure in our Parliament for centuries already, the procedure that every PM deals with. Very odd line of attack there, KG.
