The Never-President Trump

My God, these people are so transparent... a proper Senator would resign in disgrace over this kind of attack, but then he is known as Moscow Ron. What on earth is Rupert Murdoch thinking he can achieve by promoting this Russian dis-information campaign across his media empire?

They should get Donald to have a look at it, he seems something of an expert in matters of child abuse. After all he was great buddies with Epstein and Maxwell.

Do we need to reclaim the internet?

After last weeks stifling of Twitter , FB and instagram, many users of these platforms are asking themselves whether they have become too big for their boots. The NYPost, the oldest established newspaper in America was prevented from publishing the Hunter Biden files it had been sent. Not that the information was new, but the fact that they have an election running was their reasoning, when in reality the Democrats can't stand that their top candidate, who might or might not last the full term, is being implemented in his sons 'deals'.

Trumps tax affairs were fair dinkum to be spread everywhere, so why not Bidens guiding hand over his sons activities in UKraine?

Should anybody want to leave twitter and or FB, Sir Tim Bernhard Lees has a new pod system that would suffice, but there are others.

there is no thread about Biden, I'm surprised, flabbergasted, why the heck not ? Biden is not really a choice to be aware of but his past actions should be as relative to the election over there as Trumps past actions are.

This what was written about Biden in August by Counterpunch, as yet they have not been sued or shut down for saying something wrong. please do not share on twatter or FB, they are trying to shut this down.

Even the journalists at the New York Post are disassociating themselves from that article. It was bollox.

That is not how the law of defamation works in the US. Stating falsities is not enough grounds for an action. Leaving aside the likely fact that this publication might not be considered to be worth suing on account of a lack of credibility or significance.

The New York Post was not prevented from publishing their "story" ..... pull the other one. As Herman says even their journalists didn't want to put their name on that hatchet job - quite an objection from a journalistic staff who regularly make The Sun seem highbrow.

Meanwhile Fox Business  - yes Business not News - is pushing the story as hard as they can. Is the host being set up as the "useful idiot" that can be sacrificed after the election, while the real powers - Murdoch, his son, ex GOP leader Paul Ryan get away scot free?

Just remember the old adage - desperate times call for desperate measures - and they are desperate.

Effectively tied Arkansas?  Losing in North Carolina? What's left for him to win - Montana, N and S Dakota?

Indeed they are. But it is worse than bollox. The evidence is mounting rapidly that this is an attempt by Russian agents to de-stabilise the US election in Trump's favour:

https://news.yahoo.com/fbi-investigating-hunter-biden-emails-001931415.html

"The alleged emails came to the Rupert Murdoch-owned tabloid through President Donald Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who claimed to have acquired a copy of a computer hard drive belonging to the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. The authenticity of the emails has not been independently verified, and reporters pointed out major errors and holes in The Post story after it was published."

"The Washington Post reported Thursday that U.S. officials repeatedly warned the White House in 2019 that Giuliani was a target of Russian intelligence — and any information he passed along might be tainted by his interactions with pro-Putin officials in Ukraine. Giuliani's meddling in Ukraine led directly to Trump's impeachment last year."

Well any one with half a brain will see that all races are not equal. Are all races equally successful? Of course not. It is also false to claim that the majority of racists are Republicans. On the contrary, all the policies of the Democrats are designed to keep BAME as supplicants to state benefits thus depriving them of the impetus to improve their situations. It's the Democrats and their descent into cruel identity politics that plays one victim group off against another. So it wouldn't be stupid to say that all Democrats are racist. Republicans, like all Conservatives, believe in equality of opportunity for all, regardless of race, colour, creed and so on. This is why the Red Wall is now Blue in the UK, and why Trump will be re-elected next month.

It takes some properly galaxy brained level of self delusion to make this claim about a party ran by Donald Trump, a man who is the exact opposite of 'equality of opportunity.'

Today Archbishop John Sentamu was left out of a Lordship, because 'the Tories are trying to slim down the house of Lords'. No more fat Lords allowed, unless of the right hue that is.

In black history month the man who campaigned against Idi Amin and done a great job as archbishop, is not allowed to swell the ranks of 12 black Lords.

Mind, Johnsons brother Jo, appointed with Ian Botham and Lebedev Tory mega donor, could easily black up and just pretend. There are 794 old tax fed Lords in that small chamber, but this is a slap in the face of BAME.

Where is Fawkes'y when you need him most? Mind, nobody in this country seem to have any guts whatsoever unless its beneficial to them.

Thanks for telling us, where did you read that, when you don't like reading at all? any link for your lack of credibility?

Why would Biden be so angry with Zuckyberg?

It probably doesn't bother you in the slightest but your two replies have hardly helped make me take your posts seriously.

It's right here neoliberalism in the link  - it's about setting common standards for publishing in the internet age.

"You’re not exempt," he told his interviewers. "[The Times] can’t write something you know to be false and be exempt from being sued. But he can" When the NYT pointed out that Section 230 is foundational to the modern Internet, Biden agreed, then continued: And it should be revoked. It should be revoked because it is not merely an internet company. It is propagating falsehoods they know to be false, and we should be setting standards not unlike the Europeans are doing relative to privacy. You guys still have editors. I’m sitting with them. Not a joke. There is no editorial impact at all on Facebook. None. None whatsoever. It’s irresponsible. It’s totally irresponsible.

Let's face it. The noose is tightening around Biden's neck. Hunter Biden is his father's Achilles heel. It's not just Biden's emails but Hunter Biden's lawyer sent an email to the computer repair shop asking for the computer to be returned to them. So what else was on the hard drive? Well the FBI department allegedly in possession of the computer normally investigates child pornography cases so this story is about to go off on another ugly direction, not just corruption. Joe Biden is finished.

Sure RTB - even Fox News wouldn't carry the story because they know what Guiliani is up to -

So it's Fox Business channel, the New York Post, and according to the President today, The Wall Street Journal - that Murdoch has lined up to do the dirty work. Plus Republican politicians eager for any help to prevent a Biden blow out win.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump on Thursday cited low unemployment rates for African Americans and passage of a criminal justice bill providing earlier release for thousands of federal drug offenders as examples of how he’s helping the black community.

Trump met with African American supporters Thursday as part of the White House commemoration of Black History Month.

“I will not stop. I will not give up until we have delivered equal and abundant opportunity to every neighborhood across our land,” Trump said at a reception.

Before the reception, he met with black supporters who complained that Trump was not being given enough credit, or that he had been portrayed unfairly as racist.

“You attack him, you attack all of us,” said Bruce LeVell of Georgia.

Except you chopped in half my quote. Which not unsurprising as that's what you lefties always do. I go on to say that since all races are not equally successful and some are more successful than others then they can't be said to be equal. That's objective.

O.K then, do you really mean what you wrote above? That because one group of people are not as successful as another group of people, they are not equal. Not equal in the eye of whom, God, society, the law, their bank manager? Now replace the words "group of people" with "race"? Is that really what you mean to say? If not, what is it that you did mean to say?

Not equal in the eyes of the educational establishment for starters.

60% US Asians have at least a Batchelors degree and the highest number of Professional and Doctoral degrees. Compared with 16% US Hispanics with a degree. Obviously not equal. That's just one factor out of multitudes.
