Has anyone been and have they got any tips?
I''m taking my three teenage children next month - thought they''d find it educational/amusing.
But I''ve never been and I''d be grateful for any tips, advice etc so we can get the most out of the 4 days we''ll be there.

[/quote]My tip would just be to go with the flow and see some stuff you wouldn''t normally go to. Pleasance courtyard was a good place for a base, a drink, to relax and regroup (and also meet some of the performers). Big ticket shows always seemed more trouble than they are worth but there are always a number of talk show style or greatest hits shows at either end of the day (i.e. late at night or morning) which may give you a surprise star. Also dip into the film or theatre lectures for a break from the stand up, can be verty interesting. I did nothing but eat, drink and shows. Cost a fortune but was fantastic......envy you going.

Thanks BigFish, appreciate that especially with our "differences" elsewhere on the forum.
I''m trying to expand my childrens'' minds (& mine as well, no doubt) whilst avoiding the embarrassing stuff ....
