nevermind, neoliberalism has had it 159 Posted June 10, 2015 Today, some 30 minutes ago, Majid Ali, a Glasgow student was deported to certain death in Pakistan. Last week two of his immediate family disappeared as Pakistan is ethnically cleansing Baluchistan, they are most likely killed, people are disappearing and being murdered clandestinely. To explain, Pakistan is operating a similar policy towards Baluchistan bordering Iran as China is in Tibet, it is encouraging Punjabi''s to live there and take over from Baluchs, by any ugly means possible.Mrs nasty party May knew of it and failed to delay his deportation, despite an early day motion being signed by 50 people, mostly SNP members. Now this is what it says on the new first class stamp ''No free man shall be seized or imprisoned except by the lawful judgement of his equals or the law of the land.'' If Mrs. May would only be as diligent with the discovery and prosecution of accused paedophiles, such as Lord Janner, as she is with placating the Tories right wing sector, she would do much better.Today she has shit on the Magna Carta, 800 years of ''no can do''. By acting out Pakistans secret service policies today, she has sent a man to certain death , and she knew it!Some 15 ''inmates dead at Campsfield Ox. during the last 24 month, either by their own hasnds or the forcible restraint of private security. There are some 3000 at Yarlswood, surrounded by razor wire, they are not criminals. The real criminals live in London, many immigrants to this country, some owning football clubs, and they are welcome by Mrs nasty May to saunter their ill gotten gains away in real estate. nevermind, neoliberalism has had it 159 Posted June 13, 2015 Yesterday, Justice Nicol said that the FTR, the fast track removal system of the Government was unlawful, hence Majid Ali''s removal was illegal. Pity about the timing, but then, Mrs nasty party May knew it all along, she knew of the impending ruling and the fact that two of majids close relatives were ''disappeared two weeks ago.http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-33113132I hope he is still alive and will be returned to resume his promising studies at Glasgow Uni. quentin 0 Posted June 13, 2015 Have you considered that the Home Office looked at Majid Ali''s case in detail and decided he had no genuine fear for his life if he were deported?

nevermind, neoliberalism has had it 159 Posted June 15, 2015 Ricardo, did you say fighting? they can''t even be bothered to vote never mind fight. A bill of rights has been drooled over for hundreds of years, promised many times, so don''t hold your breath.Today is Magna Carta Day. readers of the EDP are unable/being stopped from commenting on it in order not to embarrass the Government with current affairs.Runnymede coined these words''No free man should be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or posessions, or outlawed or excised or deprived of his standing in any way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgement of his equals or by the law of the land''.Mrs. May has enacted, aided and abetted Pakistan''s ethnic cleansing policy, she has ent this young student to his certain death, what a despicable woman.Majid Ali, a promising Glasgow student, deported one day before justice Nichols ruled the fast removal program unlawful, has not been heard of since his arrival in Pakistan, nobody of his family has seen him and his phone is quiet. They are fearing the worst that he''s dead and has been disappeared somewhere.Pakistan is operating a policy of forcefully removing Balochs whilst settling Punjabi''s there, the largest ethnic group in Pakistan. These disappearing people is a daily occurrence, state mass murder to change the balance of ethnicity in a region. Why? resources and geopolitical considerations, Baluchistan is right next to Iran.+ (39) No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land. - See more at: http://www.bl.uk/magna-carta/articles/magna-carta-english-translation#sthash.jWiBVClp.dpufNo free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land. - See more at: http://www.bl.uk/magna-carta/articles/magna-carta-english-translation#sthash.Ta3dn3ZW.dpuf
quentin 0 Posted June 15, 2015 Do you remember the case of ''Oor John'' from 2011, nevermind? He''s the Nigerian, asylum seeking student who attended Glasgow University - he was nine years in the UK claiming he had to flee Nigeria because his family were murdered and he was tortured by a ritualistic cult - he was deported after exhausting his appeal routes and followed the usual outburst from his supporters, political reps et al, all worried that John would find it very hard to cope as he''d been in Glasgow such a long time and had a strong fear of returning to his homeland -- So, ''Oor John'' returns to Nigeria, student friends raise money to send him and they keep in touch -- Obviously no harm, as prophesied, befell ''Oor John'' to this day.If anything had happened I''m certain all hell would have broken loose and our big bad Home Office would have been verbally castigated [:|]You seem to be particularly sour and unsympathetic towards our immigration officers who are given the difficult task of carrying out our immigration laws, nevermind. nevermind, neoliberalism has had it 159 Posted June 16, 2015 You seem to be particularly sour and unsympathetic towards our immigration officers who are given the difficult task of carrying out our immigration laws, nevermind. No I''m not, just to their unlawful Fast Track removal policy. Majid Ali is dead alright, as yet not a peeps has been heard, he has not met his family and was most likely taken off the plane. He was a political active student who demonstrated many times against the ethnic cleansing policies of Pakistan, so it was foreseeable that he''ll get killed on arrival.
