Wings of a Sparrow

Television is generally crap.

Recommended Posts

BBC seem to be the main offenders in winding me up. Inane rubbish generally. The stupid "Pointless" quiz show really annoys me as did "That''s Britain" just now. BBC Television News is also dumbed down. All those variations on f***ing antique hunt / cash in the attic get on me tits too. That Simon Calder they roll out every time there''s a Travel Company going tits up or there''s an airport strike and that big American woman who dresses in ridiculously bright clothes who''s got her own childrens charity, they roll her out every so often to do the weekend paper reviews they annoy me too but really shouldn''t.

Pretty good Shrimper for 09.00! Chuckle. Sorry OP.I do agree with Wings of a Sparrow though. I watch so little TV these days.that I can''t even hold a conversation with my kids.Sit me down in front of "Pale Rider",( for the 10th time), and I keep out of harms way.The Christmas wish list has me baffled!.

Both good articles, Herman. I was thinking of getting the missus Ed Sheeran for Christmas but I shan''t bother after that. What we need is revolution, but I really can''t be arsed. At least The Vaccines on Wednesday will give me some respite from all this inanity.

The BBC have their moments but ITV is wall to wall cr@p - X Factor, Britain''s got talent, Downton(?) abbey...the list goes on.The Mrs and I just tend to buy box sets n ow and watch series rather than the normal output.Agree about Music - Adele has a lot to answer for!
