Honestly,my only problem is the name. That needs changing imo,but apart from that it is good.Is he out on the festy circuit this year?

He''s at a couple i think, not sure how big or where they are.

He told us about his name, he was watching news with his mum one day, and there was a German woman called Funke, holding her baby and the hue of the baby was changing as she swung it, and his mum said ''Look its Funke and the Two Tone baby'' so he decided to use that.... (Not that it makes it any better :P But he has a ''reason'')

(I know not exactly everyone appreciates the good work of Lennon, McCartney, Harrison, and... The other one, on here - So if Eleanor Rigby doesn''t have you bat an eye-lid, feel free to roll your eyes and look elsewhere)Been listening to some of The Beatles bloodline recently.I''ve been quite surprised to find out that each Beatle had at least one son that''s gone on to try and emulate their fathers. You could quite literally re-assemble the band with the same blood running through it''s veins, with each last name assigned to the right instrument (i know, how lame am i right? [8-|]). Julian Lennon on rhythm guitar and vocals, Dhani Harrison on lead guitar and vocals, James McCartney on bass and vocals, and Zak Starkey on drums and vocals.Didn''t realise it was Julian who motivated McCartney to write ''Hey Jude''. Almost seems to be there was a closer connection between Paul and Julian than there was between John and Julian.Mind you, i couldn''t avoid reading into this a bit on first viewing.

Quite like this rendition of ''Across The Universe'', performed in part by the younger of the Lennon brothers, alongside (in my opinion) a welcome hint of Wainwright and Moby :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqRxi6G7Dro
Well Willmeister, you''ve well and truly laid the gauntlet down there!
Ha ha EYEHATEGOD is a band that needs a few listens to, before you get into them. What I love about them is that they are just normal blokes. Also very influenced by delta blues, especially John Lee Hooker.

I was badass Will. Not bad,but won''t be rushing out to get the albums[;)]

Interesting reading some of the comments on SJR''s youtube. There still, and allways will be,in-fighting amongst the metal community. Can''t question their passion for their music[Y]Off to AMG to look at the history of these bands.

C&S were an added bonus really !

Just bought the newly released Hank III record called Hillbilly Joker. It was made a few years ago and was originally going to be called This Ain''t Cuntry (no, that isn''t a typo) but his record label refused to release it until last week. He has pretty much spawned a new genre called Hellbilly, which infuses Blues, Country, Metal, Punk and Psychedelic Rock leading to a quite wonderful concotion of sound.Hank III - Hellbilly JokerHank III - Pistol Packin''Also been listening to the King of Blues Blind Willie McTell, who Bob Dylan once said ''No-one can sing the blues like Blind Willie McTell.''Blind Willie McTell - Searching the Desert For the BluesBlind Willie McTell - Southern Can Is Mine
