daisy 137 Posted August 26, 2018 Fed up with hearing the bull about needing time, adjusting to the championship, adapting to a change in style etc. Bielsa has been in the job two months, he doesn`t speak english, he didn`t know the players before he took over, he`s never managed in the champs, but has proven that a good coach can gain respect from his players, get them to play good attacking football and give 100% , all without asking for time. mr footy 36 Posted August 27, 2018 The main aim this season is to keep in this league which we will finishing lower half.The squad is mid table at best so beating the top ten teams will be a tough ask.We have limited funds even for loan players so we are where we areGoing forward hopefully our academy will provide the squad with good players for this division who can also bring revenue in when moved on.This is the way that has been chosen by the club and will take many seasons to get right. BroadstairsR 2,138 Posted August 27, 2018 Making an annual loss doesn''t need time.In fact it gathers pace as time goes on.It doesn''t take much time not to renew that season ticket.The two best things that the club has at the moment are the Academy and the support, whilst I don''t think that the squad is as bad as some do and the facilities and infrastructure on the whole are pretty good.Lose the support with a prolonged period of mid-table mediocrity and it will impact adversely on all of the above positive factors that we currently have.
