Sunday feels like a massive game and other than McClean and Vrancic I believe we have a full squad to pick from. The binners will clearly be up for it and I find myself thinking experience might count for a lot so I’m hoping we go for another 4-2-3-1 effort.

Perhaps so,but what a powerhouse any combination of those three would be at corners and other direct and indirect balls into the bxs against a defence known for it''s vulnerability to set pieces.

It would also allow the two wing backs to be,more attacking.

Must have Rhodes, imo.

It''s all set up for him to become the villain of the piece on this particular occasion.

Also, their central defenders are rather slow, static and clumsy and vulnerable to a poacher. Not so a target man though.

I really like the look of buendia but just fancy him as a trick up the sleeve just in case.

Been watching some older footage and Tettey plays much better in the opposition half than his own and can be dangerous around the opponents area.

I think we have to go with no fear. We know we can score this season so lets get a couple in front.

I like that team KG. Thompson and Tettey would give the midfield some muscle with Buendia the playmaker in front. I think Krul should be dropped. I believe (and hope I''m wrong)he has an error in him every game.

I might have Dennis in for Rhodes if as has been muted, Rhodes is struggling with fitness.

Just hope Farke finds his best 11 very soon and they click as a unit for more than 20 minutes or so every game.

I think that this team, with it''s abundance of attack minded full backs is crying out for three at the back.

I would prefer the Zimm. to Godfrey for this one though. He has experience of that set up for us and exudes the passion best suited to this fixture.

Farke won''t go five at the back as he simply doesn''t want us to play that way. He''d like to go 4-1-4-1 ala Thomas Tuchel but I think he''ll go 4-2-3-1. Tetty doesn''t suit the role he is trying to get him to play by himself in front of the back four in a 4-1-4-1 - much better with someone next to him to do the more ''challenging'' passing from the back.
