There seems to be conflicting details on the web. Some website as saying 21st September, others are saying 1am local time on 1st September.

I do however believe the windows are still open in:

Bulgaria (Sep 6th)

Slovakia (Sep 6th)

Czech Republic (Sep 8th)

Israel (Sep 17th)

San Marino (Sep 21st)
