Surfer 1,547 Posted September 28, 2018 Correct Ben, Arsenal used a solid red shirt for two games in Sept 1967 so that''s the last time _ solid red shirts, white shorts and red socks. The previous full season match was 1931 - 32 - solid red shirts, white shorts and black socks. Norwich & Tottenham. Correct - just swap the badges and you''d be good to go. For Coventry and Reading - there is a much later full season match, in a different color combination.(n.b. maybe a very small difference allowed like a collar trim or sock trim, but the main design elements must match up)

Surfer 1,547 Posted September 29, 2018 This is what we have so far - six still up for grabs.... The following teams wore the same home kit design over at least one season - what was the last season that happened… the list is in chronological order. Also what was that kit design e.g. blue shirt / white shorts / red socks etc … rules: minor tweaks allowed to neck and sock trim etc, but major design elements on shirt / shorts / socks must match. I picked these teams as they have very distinctive home kits and obviously none share common colors any more - Norwich and Blackburn1905-06 Sky blue & white halved shirts, white shorts, navy blue socks. QPR and CelticNorwich and Tottenham1925-26 White shirts, navy blue shorts, navy blue socks.Ipswich and Newcastle Arsenal and Man Utd 1930-31 Red shirts, white shorts, black socksPalace and West HamHull City and Man City1946-47 Sky blue shirts, white shorts, navy blue socks.Watford and West BromReading and Coventry1965-66 Sky blue shirts, sky blue shorts, sky blue shorts.
