king canary 8,267 Posted October 20, 2018 Calling bullshit on that- the article links to a mirror article which provides zero evidence or sources.
Nuff Said 5,678 Posted October 20, 2018 Could be equally bullsh*t but interesting to see that Robbie Brady is on £35K at Burnley. I would have thought we were paying him a similar amount when he was here, at least in the Prem. Maybe we really did have relegation clauses in players'' contracts. Guest Posted October 20, 2018 Could be equally bullsh*t but interesting to see that Robbie Brady is on £35K at Burnley. And he has to put in more game time at Burnley. They started their season in June!
king canary 8,267 Posted October 20, 2018 Yeah, the idea Pritchard got a deal 3 times the highest paid player at Burnley does not pass the sniff test to be honest. Especially as the same article claims the second highest paid player at Huddersfield is on less than half that figure.
hogesar 10,271 Posted October 20, 2018 Equally its an odd one to come up with if its not true.
Essjayess 307 Posted October 20, 2018 I could certainly believe the 35k a week of Brady much more than the 110k of Pritch as anything over 100k a week is, i imagine, only paid to the very best and by the very richest of clubs. With due respect neither AP or Huddersfield fall into that bracket. But by chance if it were true, then Huddersfield would be faced with serious issues on their wage bill if they fell into the Champs, which of course is a real possibility, thats even with parachute payments and a modest investing ownership. Capt. Pants 4,714 Posted October 20, 2018 After what good he''s done them so far I''d bet even Huddersfield fans would grudge him £35k a week.
Alex Moss 2,166 Posted October 20, 2018 I wonder what James Maddison is picking up now wages wise?
Paul101 171 Posted October 20, 2018 with Pritchard it could be the signing on fee split over the contract and the weekly wage combined
norfolkngood 1,167 Posted October 20, 2018 with Pritchard it could be the signing on fee split over the contract and the weekly wage combined could also be the transfer fee plus wages etc over the whole contract equals £110000 a week cost to the club
PurpleCanary 6,116 Posted October 20, 2018 If Pritchard is on £110,000 a week I''m a retired corporate lawyer living on a tax-haven tropical island.
