Grealish or Maddison - who is better?

Very short transfer window now, especially considering the World Cup will cause issues - clubs want to get stuff done and not be scrabbling around in August.

Maddison should be fit for the beginning of pre-season training so his injury doesn’t really matter to Leicester. Norwich want to get deal done so they can start using the money to bring in some players and give themselves some certainty in the window.

Seems a good deal for all involved.

The huge difference I see in those two videos is Maddison''s balance and acceleration - he glides past opposition players, whereas Grealish is trying to run around the defenders. Even if we assume that their ball skills are similar, Maddison''s creation of space gives him the chance to use those skills more often and / or to much greater effect.... someone has said Grealish is a quicker and more direct player, I think that may be because he has to run at or around the opposition to make himself space.

Whatever deal is struck would surely include some add ons for international appearances and/or sell on clauses.
