curious yellow 184 Posted August 13, 2018 Neil Adams gave a glowing report of Matthews''s loan as if it was the top performance of any player we sent out, he makes a mistake in an early friendly and his career is finished here.Why would they mention so early the permanent move?Perhaps something has happened we don''t know but I would have preferred to send McGovern out, even if it meant us paying some of his wages, but nobody wants McGovern, not even PrestonHow can an international goalkeeper be happy to sit on the bench all season? Yellowbeagle 0 Posted August 13, 2018 I just hope we don''t see three ex-city keepers in Rudd, Steer and Matthews all proving to easily be up to championship football level while we struggle.
