Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Season 12 Week 2

Recommended Posts

Welcome to Rays Funds,

supported by Asset Angels, Turner European Consulting and Kare Plus.

Great start last

week where Cosmic was so close to recording another final six win. Molly made

sure we gained a tenner from the Norwich picks so we did add to the pot in the

end. We’ve added more now because one of the generous companies who support our

work to raise funds for our wonderful DS boys and girls has renewed for the

second year already even though the first year isn’t up until October. So

another £100 has gone straight into our presentation pot. Thank you to all our

supporters.

This week sees Lincsy making

the final selections for the six results. Lincsy joined us last season and

after a difficult start he settled in and made some great suggestions for the

PUP in the hot seat. Lincsy is also one of the NCFSC volunteers and I’m grateful

for his help the aged skills whilst sitting beside me at meetings. You PUPs found

some great selections for Cosmic last week so more of the same will give Lincsy

a great chance of getting this season’s first win.

Making the Norwich match final

selections we have Indy-Bones. I’m really pleased Indy’s back this season. He

was really making his mark with some great selections for the time he was with

us last season. Back with a bang last week Indy had the second most profitable

pick with Cercle Brugges at 1.08. I also noticed a Hernandez goal was included

in Indy’s match selection last weekend. You have a tenner to spend Indy and can

divide it how you like between the PUPs suggestions and your own.

Have a look at the companies who support our work to

raise funds for the CSF and our wonderful Downe''s Syndrome Team of boys and

girls. We would like to say a massive thank you to:
-

https://www.kareplus.co.uk/norwich/

If any other companies out there would also like to

support our efforts, we''ll be happy to add you to our list of links on this

thread every week.

If you’re looking at this and

wondering about joining this season just jump in and take part. It’s not pay to

play. Those that can afford send me funds because we need 40 tenners to get

through the season. My paypal is canaryeddie@aol.com or I’ll be in the

Nelson opposite the train station after the West Brom game. Thanks to everyone who

has already sent funds, your support is really appreciated.

I think that’s everything

so now I’ll hand the thread over to Lincsy and Indy_Bones. Remember theres no pressure because we are all going to be doing our

best to help you to success. We all stand together with the single aim of

raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downs

Syndrome boys and girls.

Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Sam and Indy... the thread is

yours.......[:)]........

100%? I think I''ll declare now.

Too scared of Nutty though...

For me Lyon to beat Amiens please.

Am I going mad or has goalscorer disappeared from both PaddyPower and Betfair?

Cant find it so I''ll just say 1-1for City''s game then.

Good luck Lincsy and Indy. Lincsy hope your world cup luck follows you into the picks.

I had a dreadful start last week so hoping to play it a bit safer this week with a home win for LIVERPOOL on Sunday against West Ham.

Slovenia: Domzale vs Aluminij, home win @ 1.40 (2/5)Last SeasonDomzale home: 12-4-2 46/10Aluminij away: 4-5-9 19/33Head-2-HeadDomzale @ home: 4-2-0 15/2Domzale overall: 9-3-0 27/7 Looking through the respective manager records on footballdatabase.eu reveals 51% and 28% win percentages. Domzale''s home league record gives rough odds of 1.50, but the stats and points disparity between 3rd from top and third from bottom perhaps indicates that fair odds are quite some way below this.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~For the Norwich match I''d expect any on paper advantage of a newly relegated team would be tempered by their manager being a rookie. With Norwich''s investment in strike power I''d look at backing wins up to say 2-0, with an asian line to cover a thumping.

Good luck to Indy and Lincsy, and all other pups.

Having set myself a personal goal to suggest games from England only the champs seems very trappy this week - reflected in some decent odds - with Tahn at a poor and shell shocked Rotherham tempting but I cant bring myself to do it.

So League 2 it is, and its a toss up between Forest Green at home to a poor Oldham (the team who got relegated last season to enable to Tahn to become the more boring one league team left) and my tip of

MK Dons - Home win to Bury.

As for city, both seem wobbly at the back but likely to score so both teams to score and a home win double.

Alright hello from the Manchester Canals! Not got much time to think about this

Norwich Pick - Both teams to score.

Top 6 - Koreans! Jeonbuk V Gangwon - Home win. These guys are running away with the league so probably poor odds.

The Sodra Svealand section of the Swedish Division 2.Newroz to win at home against Huddinge.Newroz, top, have a 5-2-0 and 15/6 home record. Apart from an away draw against the team in second they have won their latest three, with a 12/3 goal difference. Huddinge, 11th, have a 2-0-6 and 13/26 away record. They had two 1-0 wins recently but have since lost their last two by 5-1 and 4-0.The current odds are 1/5.---For the match bet I suggest McLean to score the last goal, at 12/1.Good luck to all!

Slightly further afield this week with a visit to the Swedish second tier, and 4th placed Halmstad (31 points from 17 games) to beat second-bottom Gefle (11 points from 17 games).

For us, I''d say over 2.5 goals is likely (wouldn''t like to say which way, though).

Good luck everyone.
