CANARYKING 634 Posted February 18, 2018 Just for a laugh popped into TWTD, thread there about their fans inside,,picture shows a tv screen on the floor, to be fair a lot of them are unhappy and want them banned
Indy 3,283 Posted February 18, 2018 Not kids pathetic knobends, funny thing is it’s only going to make their next years visit worse as we should shut up all areas to them, Hird them outside in pens, allow them entry to the ground 15 minutes before kick off, no concessions! The Lucky Nine 0 Posted February 18, 2018 Sadly some of our retarded fans did similar under the stand at PR this season. I know it’s the derby but just why do people think it’s acceptable to wreak property. I trust they just closed the bars and didn’t bother to open them at HT. AJ 1,218 Posted February 18, 2018 Love how one of their fans publicly outs himself to the police replying to that tweet!
hogesar 9,615 Posted February 18, 2018 This is why they are accurately referred to as bin dipping vermin scum.
Punctured Bicycle on a hillside desolate 0 Posted February 19, 2018 Every club has its element they have them we have the likes of feed the wolf. It''s normal
BroadstairsR 2,138 Posted February 19, 2018 Perhaps they should just ban away fans for deby games.I''m serious. They cause trouble in the city, and do damage. People get hurt on both sides. People are frightened to shop in the centre on these days. It''s a scenario for trouble and out-dated.The police costs are enormous. They come loaded up with cans from Tesco so there''s little spent in reality. They can watch it on tv in anycase in their hovels.More city fans can attend. Why go through with this awful ritual on an annual basis? The two clubs should come to an agreement to block away fans. The decent people will be paying the price for the yobs, but this happens all the time. SwindonCanary 455 Posted February 19, 2018 Manchester United once tried banning all away fans, but it was soon stopped, as it ruined the atmosphere in the ground.
lincoln canary (& Golden Coppel) 0 Posted February 19, 2018 And miss that look of shock and horror as that last second goal goes in.... Nah, keep sending them up please. A few broken flatscreen tele’s and a little public disorder is more than worth it for the look of those faces...
hogesar 9,615 Posted February 19, 2018 Hahaha. I tend to agree lincoln.
BroadstairsR 2,138 Posted February 19, 2018 Try watching many of the videos of their behaviour that are currently available. It is the horde mentality. A mentality of hatred. They rampage through our city abusing people, looking for fights and destroying property. That''s atmosphere?Ban the lot of them. BroadstairsR 2,138 Posted February 19, 2018 "A few broken flatscreens" EH? EH?There was a lot more damage than that, including pipework in the toilets being pulled down.A little public disorder? EH? EH?Watch the videos before you come up with your inane remarks.
hogesar 9,615 Posted February 19, 2018 I think banning away fans kind of ruins a derby.I would take a guess you weren''t at the game Broadstairs because the best aspect of yesterday was seeing the face of those Ipswich fans in the flesh after our goal. king canary 7,578 Posted February 19, 2018 Banning away fans would be rubbish.
BroadstairsR 2,138 Posted February 19, 2018 Smokebombs in pubs too apparently.I''m not really interested in seeing the look on their faces. It''s not worth the trouble, worry and cost.
BroadstairsR 2,138 Posted February 19, 2018 "Banning away fans would be rubbish"Justify your statement.Anybody can just state an opinion. Rubbish is what my binmen collect weekly.I gave mine and backed in up with reasons for my view.Sunday was carnage, both inside and outside the ground.Btw, I only suggested banning away fans for the derby game. king canary 7,578 Posted February 19, 2018 Carnage? Give over. 12 arrests, a broken tele and some broken lights. Banning away fans for the Derby will negatively affect the atmosphere and just make the game feel much less special.

Without the Ipswich fans there yesterday, that last minute equaliser wouldn’t have been as euphoric as it was. If I need to justify that statement to you, you lack passion. Don’t let them in any pubs. That’s the risk the pub owner takes unfortunately.
king canary 7,578 Posted February 19, 2018 I''ve seen no evidence of smokebombs in pubs, just you saying it.Even if it happened its hardly ''carnage'' is it.
hogesar 9,615 Posted February 19, 2018 I think someone''s lived a very sheltered lifestyle if they think our derby in 2018 is even vaguely comparable to ''carnage''

Bill 1,788 Posted February 19, 2018 Banning away fans is not the answer.Hitting those responsible HARD is. It cannot be beyond the wit of the police and both clubs to identify those involved and issue bans from entering poorman road for 10 years. There are genuine fans fron both clubs who attend the away fixture with never any recourse (or thought) to this kind of behaviour.Come down hard of those, not the genuine supporters of both clubs. Van wink 2,994 Posted February 19, 2018 Saw the Scummers walking down to the ground past the Holiday Inn, most meek and mild bunch I have ever seen to be honest. Years of humiliation and disappointment has clearly had a heavy toll, great innit!😀
