Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Season 11 Week 30

Recommended Posts

Welcome to Rays Funds,

supported by Asset Angels, Turner European Consulting and Kare Plus.

Firstly thanks and well done all

you PUPs for what

we have achieved over the past few weeks as this community rallied together

determined to do something to honour and remember one of our own. I know Ian

manages to draw some comfort from the love shown in all your messages of

support and determination to achieve this tribute. And the amount now shown on

Rays signature to honour Chelle is an amazing
£422. That includes the

£50 which has been sent to SarcomaUK, £342 winnings and £30 in donations

straight to the pot. You did all that from £270 which was the total sent.

When I made the donation to Sarcoma I included a message

saying “In remembrance of Superfan and SuperPUP Chelle from the Pink Un Pickers

but for some reason I can’t find anyway of viewing that message. However I have

this receipt : -

Thank

you for your generous gift of £50.00.You have made

this gift in celebration of Michelle Dack.

Following the success of our howitzer DDD, who relieved Bill

Hill of another £56.43, We’re releasing another of our big guns this week with

Norfolkbroadslim selecting the final six results. NBS is one of our most

consistent PUPs who is always around the top of our PUPs league. A former

champion NBS currently has just three wrong and is on a winning run of 9

consecutive wins. And of course he’s won when selecting the final six on three previous

occasions. Let’s help him to a fourth success with our very best selections

from the games on Sat/Sun/Mon of this weekend that are listed on Bill Hill or Bet 365 web

site.

We have Diane making the picks

for our game against Bolton this weekend. Diane willingly stepped up to the

plate when I realized I didn’t have this weekend covered. (Or I don’t think I

did!). Diane, who already has wins on both parts of Ray’s signature, is another

of our original PUPs and of course is well known for her tireless work with

NCFSC which also raises a lot of money for the CSF. Thanks for stepping in

Diane, you have £10 to spend between the PUPs suggestions and your own. As

always you can divide that however you like.

Here

is the rota for March. Please let me know if the dates are suitable with your

selections.

Have a look at the companies who support our work to

raise funds for the CSF and our wonderful Downe''s Syndrome Team of boys and

girls. We would like to say a massive thank you to:

If any other companies out there would also like to

support our efforts, we''ll be happy to add you to our list of links on this

thread every week.

So now I’ll hand

the thread over to Norfolkbroadslim and Diane. Remember theres no pressure because we are all going to be doing our

best to help you to success. We all stand together with the single aim of

raising money for the Community Sports Foundation and our fabulous Downes

Syndrome boys and girls.

Good luck all you PUPs... take it away Richard and Diane... the thread

is yours.......[:)]........

This week the CSF launched their “Build

The Nest” campaign. Head of Development for the Foundation Jackie Thornton

said: “We help a great number of people each year to improve their health and

wellbeing and raise their aspirations through our existing initiatives, but

there are thousands more that need us, and we can’t currently reach them.

“The Nest is our chance to do just

that; it will allow us to engage with more people with disabilities, more

people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and to help others to be active and play

a sport, perhaps for the first time.”

In bocca al lupo 🐕 Norfolk...👍

Like the look of the Czech Republic this week for:

Viktoria Plzen vs Vsocina Jihlava - Home win

As for the lovely Diane’s Norwich bet, Norwich will be favourites so a good week to try some combination outcomes. Something like Srbeny first goal, Norwich to win, Norwich to keep a clean sheet....should be worth a few quid..😂💰

Many thanks for the kind introduction and for the opportunity to do this for yet another year Eddie.  I''m wishing everyone good luck and sending the very best of luck to Diane with the Norwich picks.I''ll be making my selections tomorrow evening.  I don''t think it''s going to be as late as previous years.  I am aiming for pre 9pm.  As always, I''ll give everybody''s picks full consideration.Good luck & best wishes [:)][Y]

Going to get in early with the match bet.  I''m feeling rather positive and hope that our 2 goals away at the league leaders can spur us on to be more effective in the final third.  Bolton are the worse team in the league away from home.  They usually score only 0 or 1.  Despite having the worst away record, they don''t often get a hammering.  They usually concede only 1 or 2.  However, I think we can buck that trend and also ours of struggling to score.I also think Leitner is due a goal and fancy him to score.  On the basis of all of the above I therefore fancy a scorecast. One of the following, or perhaps two may be worth a cheeky 50p each? - Moritz Leitner to score 1st & Norwich to win 3-0- Moritz Leitner to score anytime & Norwich to win 3-0Good luck everyone, the very best of luck Diane [:)][Y]

Hello everyone!!

Haven’t done this in a while so will go fairly simple in frances with a home win for 5th place Nates against 18th place Amiens!

For the Norwich match, if I was going to have a bet myself I’d go for one of WillHills stats treble bets at 8/1 under 2.5 goals/under 10 corners/under 4 cards!

Good luck :)

Hi all

Getting in early with what I think is a bit of a value bet, Burnley to beat Southampton. The odds pretty good for a team that everyone was praising a few short weeks ago, and whilst injuries are taking their toll I''m pretty sure Dyche will bully them into a return to form at some point, and who better but against the ever unreliable Southampton.

For Norwich, what a difference two games make, I was hating this season, now it feels quite a lot of fun all of a sudden. I think any bet containing Norwich to score the last goal or Norwich to win the second half is a good shout.

Good luck all.

Welcome back Gingerpele! [:D]I agree with Ian that RB Leipzig are good value at 8/15 to beat rock-bottom Cologne in the Bundesliga. I hope that doesn''t jinx you, Ian, as my form has been truly woeful in recent weeks! As for the Norwich match, I think Norwich to win and BTTS at 3/1 is good value, especially when compared to the straight win price of a meagre 8/13.Very best of luck to Slim, Diane and all PUPs!

For NBS I''m going to suggest a game in the German 3. Liga...
Kalsruhe          v          Chemnitz          Home Win
And for Diane I''m going to suggest our run of centre backs scoring late will continue so it''s our caveman''s turn....
Grant Hanley  to score the last goal.

Hello everyone. I’m still reeling from the excitement of all these last minute goals so I’m hoping my picks aren’t too giddy!

I am heading to Portugal, where in a challenge to my spelling, I predict that Paços de Ferreira will be overcome by BENFICA for an away win.

Bolton haven’t scored away in the Championship this year (I think) so controversially I think they may pinch one, but the mighty yellows have been good at overcoming adversity recently, which all adds up to a Norwich victory with both teams to score.

Good luck with the picks and good luck City!

The Greek Football League (expected arrival of odds permitting).OFI to win at home against Panserrraikos.OFI, second, have a 7-0-1 and 24/4 home record, and have won their last four, with a 12-0 goal tally. Panserraikos, one from bottom, have a 1-1-7 and 8/17 away record.---For the match bet I suggest Norwich City to win and Zimmermann to score, at 16/1.Good luck to all!
