Branston Pickle 3,634 Posted March 3, 2018 They were a good side, but it is rose coloured spectacle time in the extreme if they think they were the best - their trophy cabinet would have a lot more in it if that were anywhere near true. In 1978 they were bang average but (deservedly on the day) won the FA Cup as overwhelming underdogs, the only other win was europe''s second tier tourney.
