Guest Posted March 9, 2018 Watching our match on Tuesday, on Ifollow which had zoomed in, late on in the second half, I can''t remember who it was, but we were awarded a foul half way into their half near the Watling Stand touchine.The referee appeared to say to our player, if you want treatment go off the pitch. I doubt our lad was time wasting either.We would then have to take a free kick with 10 men on the pitch and the offending team would have 11. That just doesn''t seem fair to me.I have never been a fan of kicking the ball out of play when a player goes down screaming either. If it is a head injury then yes it is important, but stopping the game, particularly when it is obvious that it is a tactic to slow down the game, I believe is totally unecessary.
