What are shin spilts ?

They are similar to shin splints but not as painful.

I meant it as in it was agreed prior to the internationals.

And yes, it is classed as a word, and yes, it is in the dictionary;

"pre-agreed"

adjective

discussed and agreed in advance.

"you have the right to sell your stock at a pre-agreed price"
