Beating Sundeland will relegate them

Recommended Posts

They will be left on 32 points with 4 games left... with the last two of those being Fulham and Wolves.Being generous and allowing wins from the other two games and a win against one of the latter two would still only give them 41 points.Bolton (39) and Brum (40) need only a draw or two then to be safe. So expect Sunderland to be firing on all guns on Tues, as will Barnsley (38) at poorman rd.

It is not as if Barnsley were in anyway involved in that relegation battle, or some see finishing higher than the farmhands as having an importance eitherbut be assured this post was genuine - not a rattle of the stick in the swill bucket

Sunderland will give us a tougher game than Villa, who I thought were pretty toothless given their league position. Taking nothing away from our performance of course.

A LIE and a MISTAKE in one thread title. You better stay clear of the Brexit thread for a day or two until you sharpen up.

[/quote] oh dearspelling mistakes are quite prevalent all over the forum and the title was a take on a previous infamous post "Beating West Ham will relegate us " (?)and it has been an unwritten rule that the thread you mention does not spill out onto football threadsstill I''m sure you meant well, whoever you are usually

Possibly, but not to be confused with Sudetenland which isn''t.

It may be "Beyond the Wall"

It would be a sweet sweet victory to stick a nail in the ‘sundeland’ Coffin this evening. Their great escapes in recent times entailed leapfrogging us. We owe them some pain! OTBC
