Making a 'clicky' link is actually easy

Recommended Posts

Hello all... As Til goes around making every single non-clicky link clicky [;)] I thought I''d mention how to do it. As it is pretty darn easy.Have a look in the grey bar above where you write your posts. There is something that looks like a globe, with a chain link underneath it. This is where you need to click in order to make a link... Put the copied link in the body of your post, highlight it and then click on the globe/chain icon and copy the link into there too. The link should then become clicky. For example... http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/canaries-loan-import-manchester-city-ace-gunn-on-scotland-radar-1-5442203

You are mistaken. Some people (depending on browser) do not receive the Rich Text Editor, some just get a Text editor with no added functionality such as Bold/Underline etc. You can use a user agent switcher to change this in your browser and then select the Firefox or IE9 option, which will give the Rich Text Editor.

I just send all my posts to Cambridge Analytica and they do it for me.

That means Putin has interfered with our season and why we aren''t getting promoted.

Be more careful next time.

Ah right! I see... Yes I''m using Mozilla at work and it''s all good. Can''t believe it took me this long to work it out though!

Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer

There are several ways you can access the developer tools in Edge. The quickest way is to press F12 on your keyboard. Another way is from the More actions menu (…) > F12 Developer Tools.

Select the Emulation tab then click in the User agent string list box.

Choose Firefox.

From what I can tell, it works on Firefox on a PC, and in very little else. I don''t use Edge though.

Can anyone get it working on a phone\tablet?

Hmm the work system immediately went into Debugger after I did all that and reverted back to IE11! For one fleeting (very fleeting) moment I thought I had cracked it!

Haha! No worries VW.When I first used to skulk around on this forum I knew how to post a pic. I must admit that I haven''t done it for ages so I can''t remember! Maybe someone else can help? Or start a new thread [:D]
