If I was them I''d reduce the prices in some of the worst locations. Not many, just enough to keep people happy that our cheapest tickets aren''t dearer than anyone else. They''re obviously following the Tesco model of fleecing customers because of former glories but loyalty shouldn''t be taken for granted because customers aren''t that gulible for long.
