Small mercies

Recommended Posts

Sunderland currently in the bottom 3. Could be the end of their automatic promotion hopes and they may have to concentrate on that play off place now LDC!! If it stays at it is the gap from us to relegation is 8 points!

We are currently 17th (down 1) & clubs around and below us appear to be uping their game which dies note bode well.Quite honestly I see no small mercies in being either 15th, 16th, 17th or 18th because in the overall scheme of things the direction of travel is more important than a snap shot of our league position.
Burton and Bolton both winning... What''s it come to when we are worrying about this?
Depends on who is doing the ''worrying''Can''t see there is much in the way of worrying on hereA couple of suffolk farmhands appear, pitchfork wavin, and gloating ... only to see it rather back fireAnd they even lose ... so I expect a few beasts of the field will get a kick or two tonight

Over the last 10 games our form is 23/24

Only Birmingham are worse and up they come next...

That means that - one good run aside- we are very much relegation fodder at the moment.

Who cares if we go up or down a couple of places, this team is going nowhere.

Transition Period, absolute rubbish.

This is the worst NCFC team for years and going nowhere

The coaching staff make Fat Frankie look like Mourinho

There is still a long way to go with 23 matches still to play. The next three matches against teams below us give the head coach and squad an opportunity to show us supporters that they are up for the fight to stay in this league. Come away with at least 7 points means player and supporter confidence will be high, and we can look forward to moving up the table.

Burton and Bolton had good wins today, but with Barnsley, Sheff Wed, Millwall and Hull all losing, means there are still at least 11 sides fighting to avoid ending up in the bottom three.
