Bill 1,788 Posted December 27, 2017 some background herehttp://www.thesackrace.com/competitions/championshipis often a club with an hinvestor, as they tend to want almost ''instant'' successHolloway at QPR just seems to be treading water as with the binnersWill Sunderland and Brum accept the ''inevitable'' drop to L1Jaap Stam seems to have lost any edge

Bill 1,788 Posted December 27, 2017 He would seem the most likely, although I doubt if replacing the manager will be enough. Redknapp is well capable of leaving such a financial mess that it can take clubs years to clean after him. Cotterill is stuck with Redknapp''s 14 signings from the summer - many of whom will need to be moved on.Don''t rule out a ''surprise'' sacking either from a club who feels they should be achieving promotion and are not. Very eclectic.
mr footy 36 Posted December 28, 2017 I would hope that all managers are given until the end of the season at the very least. Discussing who will be sacked is a sad reflection of modern times.
Guest Posted December 28, 2017 It is also sad that clubs just keep regurgitating the same old failures. At least we have tried, since Hughton, to try something different. The argument whether they have been successful rages on but we cannot be condemned for not giving it a go.

It works in a business sense most of the time but it doesn''t help the development of new coaches/managers.
