unique 466 Posted December 29, 2017 According to the Coventry Telegraph, JM has created more chances so far this season than any other player from the top five leagues in Europe.....So if we didn’t already know it :-1) He should become Norwich City’s highest ever selling transfer fee.2) He’s currently playing with a bunch of carp footballers who are consistently failing JM’s talent. westcoastcanary 173 Posted December 29, 2017 Alternatively, these "carp" players are actually helping inflate JM''s quality in the eyes of the statistically naive ...........
Guest Posted December 29, 2017 I think a touch unfair west coast canary.I don''t honestly think there will be many who don''t think that Maddison is the best talent we have at the moment. He makes players from other teams look "carp" at times. He does overdo it at times but sometimes he has been on his own in terms of ability in midfield. westcoastcanary 173 Posted December 30, 2017 @keelansgrandadNo issue with JM being the best talent we have at the moment. My comment was about the statistic and the inferences being drawn from it.
The Great Mass Debater 1,202 Posted December 30, 2017 I just read the same thing on BBC. Impressive. Though worth remembering that David Fox was at one point the best crosser in Europe. But well done Maddison

pete 368 Posted December 30, 2017 We are skint as has been publically stated by Delia, and clubs looking to sign JM will try to exploit that putting in derisory offers. Only plus point would be a bidding war but need 3 or 4 clubs interested but will not be top 6 will be those nearer bottom who have less financial clout. Will not get the £20m he probably deserves. Capt. Pants 4,973 Posted December 30, 2017 Maddison is worth nowhere near £20m, yet. If he realises his potential at a bigger club then we could reap the benefit of a sell on fee, but I think some of you are going to be very disappointed what we sell him for. Can see it being the dreaded ''undisclosed fee''. Pritchard is better anyway.
