Where Are Yer?

Recommended Posts

So where are they now? All those people who wanted McNasty out?

The club has been in utter disarray and on the slide the moment he left. What must he be thinking now? All the work he put in to get the club from second bottom of League 1 to a high water mark of 11th in the EPL. That legacy is now being eroded at a terrific rate of knots and the club will soon be back at the point where McNasty started.

And ponder this fact. When McNasty was around we were picking off the best talent from the likes of Leeds, etc. Without McNasty we are the ones whose bones are being picked.

It just goes to prove that if you keep getting key decisions wrong, or don''t even recognise there is a decision to be made (ie. the philosophy according to Wynnie) then it becomes very costly to the club''s chances of success. Bubbles of success quickly turn into snowballs of failure.

McNasty being the bubble. Wynnie the snowball.

All clubs go thru cycles, we were lucky in that for a while McNasty and Lambert formed a great team, since then we have really been slowly declining living off that legacy.

Unfortunately it looks like we are now in a dip with I am afraid poor leadership selling best players no money and little real progress.

Maybe time to see League 1 again and get rid of real problem!
Why didn''t you mention this at the AGM Vinnie?
Shareholders were only permitted to ask one question by Ballsup. We could have been there into the early hours to cover ALL the questions I wanted to ask.

I asked Wynnie directly why they don''t sack failing managers early enough.

Since when did you want them to sell up?

Your responses on here have for the most part made excuses for the Suffolk Socialists over the years. You like to vindicate them on the grounds that Chase was somehow worse.

Moreover, if you have had a Damascus moment, why did you not avail yourself of the boy Tilly''s offer of a proxy to go and ask Wynnie that question for yourself and many others???

Pots, kettles and the colour black.

Bowkett was the visionary who saw us do well- and yes McNasty played his part. Clearly there was a major fall out/difference of opinon that caused him to resign only days after re-appointment.

The minute Bowkett left and Ed Balls replaced him we were back to the Doomcaster days. Fact

For once I have to agree with a point Vince has made.

That the current majority shareholders must be doing a good job only because Chase was worse.

They are all over this board robbing oxygen from decent people Lapps yet not one of them has done anything to back up the bile they spew. Back in the day we used to make a fuss in public at St Andrews or outside the directors entrance and get into the EDP but this 2018 keyboard mob can''t even be bothered to get up and leave the chipboard desk next to the calor gas heater in their dingy bedsits.

Not swerved at all mate.

If you very carefully read the Archant reports of the AGM you will find that yours truly was the only person in the world who actually challenged the continuation of the current board on that evening.

And you and others like you were nowhere to be seen because you don''t put your balls before your keyboard.

That''s right, shareholders were only allowed to ask one question during the Question & Answer session.

But there was another intervention during the formal part of the meeting where the two directors were up for re-election.

Actually, according to Ed Balls, one shareholder could ask two questions or paint a picture. But not do all three.
