Their penalties have been superb to be fair
Feel for Oliviera -- it was a good save rather than a bad penalty.Great display and much to look forward too [Y]

Strange interview with Hazard, I’m struggling to remember all these chances in the first half

Nothing wrong with Olivieras penalty, he’s hit the target and it was a great save

Oliveira’s penalty wasn’t bad - good save by their keeper.

Was Hoolahan down for the last penalty I wonder?

Sadly inevitable, but what a wonderful performance.

Jamal Lewis looks like a revelation.

Great performance and shows just how good we can be under Farke.

Appears to be a great togetherness tonight.

Was the perfect penalty for the keeper to save.

Class all over tonight, it’s clear we need another striker to take the burden of Nelson tho, he looks shattered. Needs a break and we need someone who offers something different up top. Strikers notoriously expensive tho

We were going well in the league until Arsenal somehow managed to win our cup tie. League form nosedived, seemed to really hit morale.

Lets hope tonight''s brave performance will have the opposite effect. Lads Im sure will feel proud after tonight despite the result

I’m not Oliviera’s biggest fan, but he can’t be blamed for that penalty, it was a great save. I just hope it doesn’t affect our league form, because if we carry in playing like that, the playoffs are still on.

Oliveira''s penalty was poor, very safe. Decent save, but at an easy height - if Caballero went the right way it was straightforward for him.

Vrancic and Maddison showed him how to do it.

But that''s the shootout for you. Great performance, just a shame it won''t go down in the annals of history.

Please, please, please DF, please can you send out the boys with the same pace and intensity as all the second half and extra time and we can go places.

They have shown they can do it at the highest level tonight and I am sure some are champing at the bit to be let loose on this division.

No more tippy tappy please, more of tonight''s menu from now on.

Ran them the whole way, feel for Nelson as nothing wrong with his pen.
Chelsea were a bunch of moaning whinging petulant children all night, both red cards deserved.
Doesn''t make me miss watching that sort of rubbish week in week out in the PM tbh!
Onwards and upwards now boys, play like that every week!

Btw, that was tongue in cheek before any Nelson fans slate me!

Worked hard tonight, but he surely needs a break.
