Nearing the relegation zone. Eight points behind Ipswich. And the board don’t take action. Where is this going to end. The board have to take action. Just to give the supporters some hope again. Because there is no hope at the moment. The no show on the pitch show there are serious problems in the side. The team is in sad sad state at the moment and have been for months. A manager who uses Vrancic as first name on the team sheet is always going to fail in The Championship. The German project is a big failure so far and I can’t see any signs of it coming any good based on the lack of performance on the pitch. This can’t go on any longer.

vrancic has done ok the last few games.I don''t think sacking Farke will give the fans hope...there''s an air of acceptence now as we blunder from one failure to another.The tide is turning towards the board, the fans have had enough and are now vocal in their discontent to the owners.The change needs to come at the top. Maybe Farke can get it right then...

Delia Smith and MWJ is not on the training pitch and not on the pitch during the games. If the manager is good he will get the team to gel and not concenteate on who runs the club. This current board have been hailed and cursed over and over again in their period at the helm of the club and will many time again if they continue as owners.

We may have better players but they, and Mick, are far more streetwise when it comes to this division. I’m not suggesting we’re going to fly past them but shall we wait until the end of the season before getting upset about finishing below them ? There are more important issues at the moment aren’t there ?

With our home form, I should think McCarthy, his team and their supporters are rubbing their hands in anticipation of their Carrow Road visit in February, to play a shambles of a club who have won three league matches on their own patch so far this season, with a coach who hasn’t been able to pick a side to turn that disastrous run round!

Don''t give a twiddle how far we are behind Ipswich. That''s the least of our worries. We need only concentrate on our own game.

Fail to win today and you wonder if Farke can turn this around. You also wonder just how many games you lose before you HAVE to consider sacking him.

A win will instill some much needed confidence. We''ve beaten really good teams this season so can put a run together, and xfer window needs to play a big part as we desperately need a committed striker who can take some pressure away with goals.

Today was more about the result than anything, now we have to build on it. 6 points has to be the target over the next 2 games. And hopefully a few more defeats for the bottom 3 can put us a lot clearer of the bottom 3

But a scrappy game that we snatchd three points from would only mask deeper problemsIt was our approach that really mattered today. We took on a physical Brum side with players like Murphy, Lewis, Maddison and to an extent Pritchard - who are ball players not bruisers, and wonThe whole team looked more comfortable with the ball and were happy to attack quickly. Much of the tippity tap seems to have been dropped. Another day we would have got a couple more. Another ref and Brum would have seen one sent offLet the players play, and we have enough quality to climb the table.
