First you find a good keeper,then a well organised defence, two defensive midfielders, then build the rest of your team around them.Good championship teams start with this plan.Yes it''s not going to be exciting football but it works.Now over the next few seasons this will give us a platform to push on to get good prem loans in and recruitment from lower leagues from abroad. Now we can look to the future with great hope and faith in a great manager.

[Y] We defended well yesterday and what I liked about the team particularly in the second half was that having got the goal ahead we committed to defence 100%, but not only that, we had the effective runners in Wildschut and Watkins - and even Husband when he came on - to run effectively at the opposition on the break. We could have held on to possession better at times, but the decison making and general aptidude for the game were spot on.
