This sort of thing is why our move to a sporting director is the right decision. ''Arry bought it 14 players, the new manager may have a totally different style, will probably want to bring in 5 or 6 of their own players and maybe turf out a few of the 14 bought in.

Having a sporting director protects us from this sort of churn.

Crazy decision! This team goes through managers and players too fast. It''s a team game / people have to get used to playing together to be really effective.
