OldRobert 38 Posted October 7, 2017 You''re right well worth the read. Good to see that the youth policy seems to have a meaning now.
SwindonCanary 455 Posted October 7, 2017 It''s about time they sorted out the youth policy, academy status of one costing £2million per season can really cost if nothing comes out of it !

Bill 1,788 Posted October 7, 2017 There appears to be a far more open and frank approach towards the supporters in regard to this stuff. The focus is on the individual and he develops, and can be helped in that. That was what the two German coaches were outlining in the summer in a video (that can still be found on youtube). They talked about specific traing for each player rather than an across the board approach.I welcome the comment that players have to trecognise that '' nothing comes easy'' and they are expected to give 100% both on and off the pitch. It was what was originally stated when farke first joined us - and mave have been the cause of one or two players leaving this summer.Much of what was said would seem common sense, but perhaps that only comes with hindsightTaking it a step further Webber outlines pretty much how it is with the squad and the financeshttp://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/canaries-chief-webber-aims-to-box-clever-in-the-market-1-5225194
