The weight of his passes, his set piece delivery, and ability to find pockets of space are outstanding. The only downside is that if he continues to develop, he''ll outgrow us. He is the nearest thing to David Beckham you are likely to see, and as such we won''t be able to keep hold of him - if Jacob was worth £12m, he is already way over £20m and counting in this market.Early days still, I hope he will stay to get us up and give us a year in the Prem before he moves on for a stonking amount of money.
