No sign so far of a lack of guts.As far as I can see the only recourse QPR have now is to try a civil action, hoping the same legal arguments will get a different response. That could happen, but it would probably require QPR to show that the rationale for behind the guilty verdict was flawed or unfair, because there seems no doubt the owners wrote off 60m in loans.
