Indy 3,296 Posted July 7, 2017 Another player who never found consistency, not sure if it was a Dorrans or our coaches. Glad to see him gone to be honest, just wish we could get rid of Jarvis & Naismith before too long.Such a pity young Thompson is out again. On a positive note looks like a Maddison can comfortably play central midfield so with Vrancic and Reed we seem to have improved on Dorrans and Mulumbu both gone! Yorkshire Canary 118 Posted July 7, 2017 Good championship player. I do not like the prospect of losing him and howson. I can understand the logic for dorrans moving on.
AJ 1,218 Posted July 7, 2017 I agree Yorkshire - one of them is fair enough to cut wages and potentially blood some youth or bring in a new signing. Losing both is difficult as they are definitely the more consistent performers in our squad. That said, new regime, new tactics, maybe they''re both not that important for us now.Plus, it''s £6m or so to spend on someone new.
