Mason 47 1,379 Posted July 14, 2017 Usually, the third shirt is used to push something a bit more ''out there'' than would be considered for a home or away shirt- often something with a link to the fans, or something to contrast what is already on offer to spike sales. It seems this year they''ve deployed the curveball as the away shirt, which leads me to believe the third shirt (which is practically inevitable as we won''t get away with a full black kit at Burton or Wolves) will be a more sensible, minimalist-design number. Personally this away shirt has grown on me since I first saw it- still wouldn''t fork £50 for it. Maybe £15 when the price comes down in a year.I await our Germany-style white, orange and black number :D
