Crabbycanary3 994 Posted July 28, 2017 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40753744How sustainable is this? Is this the start of Billericay surging through the Leagues?

Essex_Canary 6 Posted July 29, 2017 Have a few friends who follow ''ricay and have walked away from the club because of what Glenn Tamplin is doing there. At that level of non-league the volunteers are the heart and soul of a club and he''s well and truly alienated a lot of people, including forcing the manager out and appointing himself as replacement. This is a guy that Dagenham & Redbridge walked away from a takeover deal with because they were uncomfortable about his background and business history. He''s spending ridiculous amounts of money for the level (5 times more than clubs two divisions higher) and giving players two year deals, I fear for the club because they are just as likely to be in administration in five years time if the house of cards crumbles, as they are in the Football League (Tamplin''s oft stated target).
