And the moral of the story is...........

Recommended Posts

.........if you keep the goals against down and/or hang on in there you have always got a chance.

Hopefully this will be the difference this season?

And we might also have a manager who doesn''t suffer from ''in-game decision paralysis.''

Big difference in the style and pace of the football. Farke said we would be more controlled and we were. Fulham are a decent pacy side and we never let them have too many on target efforts.

The big moment of the match was the one where Fulham hit a ball over the top which would have last season more than likely led to a goal, except we had a goalie today who was quick enough to get out and clear it. Good game from Gunn!

The moral of the story was always get Wes on the pitch if we''re losing.

I watched on the Internet and the commentary was extraordinary. Apparently Fulham missed countless chances only to get caught by a sucker punch. Thought it was quite an even game. The centre halves looked excellent as did Gunn. Husband looked much better when we switched to a back 4.

A very promising start
