Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted August 5, 2017 .........if you keep the goals against down and/or hang on in there you have always got a chance.Hopefully this will be the difference this season? And we might also have a manager who doesn''t suffer from ''in-game decision paralysis.'' Nexus_Canary 1,016 Posted August 5, 2017 Last time we scored a last minute goal was under Lambert surely!

Yorkshire Canary 118 Posted August 5, 2017 Early days but very encouraging given the large number of changes in theory the side should get better as they bed in
Nexus_Canary 1,016 Posted August 5, 2017 Ja klar, entschuldigen Frau Farke ;-)
Guest Posted August 5, 2017 Big difference in the style and pace of the football. Farke said we would be more controlled and we were. Fulham are a decent pacy side and we never let them have too many on target efforts.
lake district canary 4,531 Posted August 5, 2017 The big moment of the match was the one where Fulham hit a ball over the top which would have last season more than likely led to a goal, except we had a goalie today who was quick enough to get out and clear it. Good game from Gunn!

dylanisabaddog 4,867 Posted August 5, 2017 The moral of the story was always get Wes on the pitch if we''re losing. I watched on the Internet and the commentary was extraordinary. Apparently Fulham missed countless chances only to get caught by a sucker punch. Thought it was quite an even game. The centre halves looked excellent as did Gunn. Husband looked much better when we switched to a back 4.A very promising start
Branston Pickle 3,635 Posted August 5, 2017 Well the stats alone suggest we were good value - 52% possession, 19 shots vs 15 and 5 on target vs 3; we could/should also have had a pen.
