What an absolute mess trying to do North and South, Seeded and Unseeded, Home and Away

I think we will be at HOME as it was a red ball - look at Solakos face after he says Away and looks at the ball again?

At the end of the draw they only confirmed the Northern Section draw and made no mention of the South so looks like some behind the scenes activity taking place to sort it out.Another question.......how the heck did Newport in South Wales get in the Northern Section ?

Just a reminder that Newport County have been moved to the north region for this draw.

They requested that, should they be drawn as the home team, the fixture be reversed because the Rodney Parade pitch isn’t ready.

West Ham United submitted a similar request because the Olympic Stadium is being used for other events.

In order to avoid the two teams drawing each other, the Exiles are in the north.

Some funny tweets from ncfc re the cock up, tweeted Charlton to say ''''at least you''re only playing once in this draw '''' Also offered to meet them halfway lol

Maybe the 3rd round draw will be better ?

Glad we ended up being at home. I guess it will be on Tues 22nd? Then we''ve got U23s v Stoke on Friday 25th. That''s very welcome because the fixture list showed no home games between 15th Aug and 9th Sept.

Let''s hope they don''t have anyone who can deliver a dead ball like Hussey the other night, whether we''re home or away 🙄

The players are tall enough, and we should have Klose back by then.Otherwise we need to bring back Docherty to teach the ''grappling'' defending approach.
